Anglers Paradise is a premier fishing and holiday destination set across 250 acres of Devon countryside near Beaworthy. The estate holds 30 well-maintained lakes covering an exceptional range of species and fishing styles, from dedicated carp and catfish waters through to specimen tench, orfe, koi and a trout lake. Twelve lakes are exclusive to residential guests, with the remainder open to day ticket anglers, making it a venue that rewards longer stays as much as single sessions. The species list at Anglers Paradise is among the most diverse of any fishery in the UK. Carp exceed 50lb on the main and specimen waters, Wels Catfish have been landed over 100lb, and the venue also holds Koi Carp, Golden Orfe, Golden Tench, Blue Tench, Grass Carp, Arctic Char, Barbel, Bream, Perch, Chub, Golden Rudd and multiple trout species including Brown, Rainbow, Tiger, Blue and Golden Trout. Whatever the target species, there is a lake on site designed around it. Night fishing is available on selected lakes with limits in place — the Main Carp Lake and Octopussy allow up to two nights, Easy Access up to two nights, and the Specimen Carp Lake operates on a Day-Night-Day basis. Saturdays on the Main Carp Lake are reserved exclusively for syndicate members year round. A limited amount of additional night fishing can be negotiated on arrival. All night fishing must be booked and paid for before 5pm on the day. Accommodation consists of 38 villas sleeping between 2 and 9 guests, each with modern facilities. On-site amenities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, games room, children's play area, laundry facilities, and a bar. Concrete pathways run throughout the estate and seven pagoda-style shelters have been built specifically for wheelchair users, making the venue one of the more accessible specialist fisheries in the country. The estate is located in the heart of the Devon countryside with some of the South West's finest beaches within a 25-minute drive. Day ticket prices are half price for residential guests. Budget tickets covering nine lakes are available from £20 per week, with specialist lakes including the Specimen Carp, Koi, Easy Cat and Tench and Orfe lakes bookable separately.
