Crowsheath Fishery is a mature four lake complex set in 110 acres of tranquil Essex countryside, just a stone's throw from the mighty Hanningfield Reservoir. This gold award winning venue offers superb carp and coarse fishing in a peaceful, tree-lined setting that feels far removed from busy towns yet remains accessible for food deliveries. The flagship Specimen Lake contains around 400 carp averaging 18lb, with over 120 twenties and 12 named thirties approaching 40lb+. The lake has an airy feel with large grass banks and well-kept swims, backing onto the vast Hanningfield Reservoir and nature reserve with abundant wildlife. The Crows Nest offers lake exclusive sessions for up to 6 anglers with 150 carp up to 38lb, while the Carp Canal provides excellent fishing with 100 hungry carp in just over an acre. The Pleasure Lake caters to lighter tackle enthusiasts with mixed species up to 15lb. Venue boss Nick lives on-site and bailiffs are always available to provide advice. The friendly atmosphere means most anglers are happy to share tips and have a chat.
