Darrow Farm Fishery is a purpose-built 3.2 acre specimen carp lake created in 2016, set on a working family farm in Norfolk. This carefully designed venue offers exceptional day ticket fishing for serious carp anglers seeking quality fish in a well-managed environment. The lake has been meticulously stocked with 115 hand-picked carp from leading UK fish farmers, featuring premium strains including Fishers Pond, Harrow, Leney's, Sutton's, and Dinkesbuehl genetics. Originally stocked at 10-27lb, these fast-growing fish now average 24-30lb+ with at least 18 specimens over 30lbs and a current lake record of 41lbs. The diverse stock ensures variety with linears, heavily and sparsely plated mirrors, leathers, and powerful deep commons. The fishery features 9 well-drained, spacious swims plus one purpose-built double swim for social fishing, all accessible via an all-weather path around the entire lake. Each swim offers private water and unique features designed to attract and hold carp. The lake averages 5-6ft depth with interesting features including 9ft gulleys, 4ft bars and plateaus. Margins are planted with reeds, sedge, and lily pads creating excellent stalking opportunities and natural habitat.
