Lac Solace is a unique, intimate venue designed for experienced carp anglers seeking a serious challenge and the chance to target some of the most impressive fish in France. This rare, gravel-bottomed lake is alive with natural food sources, encouraging remarkable growth and health in the resident stock. In just two full seasons, the lake has produced over 14 fish exceeding 50lb, with an average weight approaching 45lb and a standout common topping 60lb. Covering 3 acres, the lake is cleverly laid out with six evenly spaced swims, offering space and water for up to three anglers without compromising comfort or opportunity. Each swim holds potential, with no clear hotspot dominating, making watercraft and angling skill the real difference-makers. The shallow average depth of 4.5ft creates thrilling, visual fishing experiences with boiling water, moving weed, and explosive takes common. The venue features excellent facilities including an anglers wooden cabin with kitchen, gas hob, kettle, cutlery, mini fridge, dining and sitting areas. A separate chalet houses the bio toilet and full shower. All essential fish care equipment is provided including landing nets, unhooking mats, and retention slings. The lake operates on a weekly booking basis for a maximum of three anglers, ensuring an exclusive and peaceful angling experience.
