About
Highbank Lake is a 2-acre rectangular water converted from trout to coarse in 2004, offering 22 pegs across its banks. Stocked with carp to scraper twenties, crucians, tench, skimmers, roach, rudd and perch, it carries more silver fish than the other lakes on the complex, making it well suited to anglers targeting good mixed bags. The current match record stands at 300lb. Pole, waggler and tip tactics all work well across the lake. Pellet, caster and chopped worm are the favoured baits.
